Balance Dance Company was founded in 1997 and is based in Boise, Idaho. We are a contemporary youth company that works with several choreographers every season, both local and national.  Balance presents several performances including two fully produced concerts at Boise Contemporary Theater, one in November and one in March.

Ballroom Dance, USA Dance Boise Chapter
USA Dance Boise is a non-profit all volunteer organization that promotes ballroom dancing in the Treasure Valley and educates the public regarding the benefits of ballroom dancing.

Capital City Youth Ballet
Capital City Ballet Center is nine years old but has a history of twenty five years. Our philosophy is one of partnership with parents, teachers, and students. Whether career-oriented or dancing for recreation, dance students at the center will receive excellent training under our progressive syllabus and limited enrollment policy. The studio is located at 8749 West Hackamore Drive behind Wal-Mart and can be accessed from the Maple Grove or Overland Roads.
