In partnership with Project Learning Tree and Project WET, teacher workshops are offered throughout the year at the Foothills Learning Center and Boise WaterShed. Check Project Learning Tree or Project WET for registration information.
In addition, both facilities offer teacher workshops to train educators in teaching lessons and integrating environmental education concepts into the curriculum. Coming soon will be a series of teacher workshops where you can earn college credit and learn to deliver environmental lessons to your students. Maps will show outdoor learning areas near your school, and teaching trunks will be available for checkout with all the materials you need to teach short versions of Foothills Learning Center lessons.
