 | To provide decent affordable rental housing which includes: assisting homeless persons/families obtain affordable rental housing; assisting persons/families at risk of becoming homeless with affordable rental alternatives; increase the availability of permanent affordable rental housing stock in standard condition to very low, low and moderate income persons/families, particularly to members of disadvantages/minorities without discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status or disability; increasing the supply of affordable rental housing with structural features and services to enable person with special needs to live in dignity and independence; and providing affordable rental housing that is accessible to job opportunities within Boise City.
