By taking place in the most integrated setting, the AdVenture program shall promote self-confidence,
wellness and physical fitness leading to a more independent lifestyle.

Boise Parks & Recreation's, AdVenture program, meaning Adaptive Adventures, offers recreation, wilderness excursions, fitness programs, sports and social activities to individuals with disabilities, their families and friends. AdVenture programs are available to people with a variety of disabilities including orthopedic, spinal cord, neuromuscular, hearing and visual impairments as well as intellectual disabilities.
AdVenture's Programs
Flying into the Idaho Wilderness for overnight camping, whitewater rafting, biking, bowling, camping, canoeing, dance classes, fishing, fitness classes, snowmobiling, swimming, water-skiing, wheelchair basketball, social outings, drumming, summer camps, train rides and much more!

The newsletter also features a calendar of events, volunteer & referral information and photos from past AdVenture programs.
