Synchronized Swimming
Are you a confident swimmer looking for a fun, creative, non-competitive way to expand your swimming skills? Synchronized swimming combines the strength and flexibility of gymnastics, the grace of a dancing and the split second timing of a drill team into a well-coordinated, athletic and entertaining performance. Each 45 minute class includes flexibility development, stroke work, synchro figures, and teamwork. All sessions are offered at the Natatorium.
