Facility Reservations
Online Help for Facility Reservations
A Customer ID is required to reserve a facility. If you do not have a Customer ID, you can request one now.
Begin a Facility Reservation
If you already have an account and are ready to begin login now.
1. Select "A Private Party" as your event type.
2. Enter a descriptive title for your event (i.e. Smith Picnic)
3. The number of people you expect to attend your event.
Facility Search (Select a Facility Type and Location)
1. Garden, picnic and softball fields are the only facility types available for Internet reservation.
2. We recommend leaving location set for "Any Location" to provide you with the greatest chance of finding an available facility.
Review Facilities to Search
1. All facilities which meet your criteria are listed.
2. Continue to search for all available facilities or unselect those you do not want included in your search.
Event Dates
1. Specify a date or range of dates you wish to search.
2. Specify a starting time and duration. Minimum picnic and garden reservation time is 4 hours.
Date Pattern or Review Date
1. If you selected a date range, you will need to select which days of the week and/or weeks of the month you want to search.
2. Specify a starting time and duration.
Select Facilities
1. A list of the searched facilities and comments about their availability appear. You can click on the comments area to check further availability and edit your search.
Select Event Times
1. A list of your selected facility(ies), date(s) and time(s) appear. Review and submit or use the GO Back button to make changes in your request.
Receipt
1. This receipt confirms your online reservation request. Allow up to three business days for reservation approval.
2. Click on the link to request additional services for beer/wine, amplified sound, extra tables, or volleyball equipment.
3. Your permit and payment due date will be sent to you by email.
Payment
1. Once you receive notification your reservation has been approved, you can pay online.

If you need help or have questions about the Online Registration and Reservation system, call the City Recreation Office at 384-4256 between 8:30am and 5:30pm, Monday through Friday, closed holidays.
