Volleyball

The Boise Parks & Recreation Department offers organized weeknight adult league volleyball at all levels of play. Registration is accepted on a team basis only. Program available for ages 16 and up.  The City Recreation Office number is 608-7650 and the fax number is 608-7669.

Summer Drop-In League - We offer Co-ed Monday night volleyball at Julia Davis Park (located by the tennis court in the back half of the park).   Play  is a 4 Person Draw.  Monday night volleyball begins June 6 and runs through September 5th; starting at 5:45 pm. You must be there by 6:00 pm for the draw and play until dark. No pre-registration is required; new teams are drawn every Monday night. Level of play is upper middle to Power. The cost is $3.50 per person. 

Spring League Play:  League play runs one night a week from early February through May. There will be 8 league games with a single elimination tournament for the top league finishers.

Fall League Play: League play runs one night a week from September through mid-November. There will be 8 league games with a single elimination tournament for the top league finishers.

Winter League Play: League play runs one night a week from November through January. There will be 8 league games with a single elimination tournament for the top league finishers.

If you have players on more than one team, to avoid scheduling conflicts, you will be required to request a specific night(s) for each team to play rather than asking to have games scheduled “opposite of each team”.

Men's and Women's leagues are offered in the Fall and Spring, Co-ed Leagues are offered in the Winter.  

The levels of play are Power, Competitive and Recreational.  The recreational division is only available if 4 teams (minimum) register.
