REGISTER THROUGH APRIL 28 FOR ICEWORLD SUMMER LEAGUES
Registration for summer hockey programs for children and adults continues through April 28 at Idaho IceWorld, 7072 S. Eisenman Road.
Leagues feature USA Hockey-certified officials, scorekeepers and certified coaches. Full hockey equipment and USA Hockey membership are required. League play begins May 15 and continues through August. Leagues include:
Youth 5-on-5 Hockey – For Bantams/Midgets age 18 and younger, this league costs $280 per player. Teams play 14 games and end-of-season playoffs.
Adult League 5-on-5 Hockey – Open to advanced/intermediate C teams. The cost is $280 per player.
Youth 3-on-3 Hockey – The team limit is eight skaters plus a goalie play in 16 regular season games and end-of-season playoffs. A coach is required. The cost is $155 per player.
Adult 3-on-3 Hockey – Eight skaters plus a goalie compete in divisions to be announced depending on participation. Cost is $155 per player.
A $50 discount is available for players who participate in both 3-on-3 and 5-on-5 leagues this summer. Fees include two stick time passes. Late registration fee is $25.
Idaho IceWorld is located next to the Boise Factory Outlets off I-84 and Gowen Road. The facility features two rinks, locker rooms, an arcade, restaurants and a meeting room. Idaho IceWorld is operated by the Boise Parks & Recreation Department.
