Dog Training and Agility Grounds
In April, 2002 Boise Agility Runners & Climbers (BARC) and the Idaho Capital City Kennel Club (ICCKC) requested support for
areas to conduct training, classes and practice with dogs off leash and the Board of Park & Recreation Commissioners directed
staff to work with these organizations to find a solution.
Staff worked with both organizations and developed the following policy for using park lands for the purpose of off-leash training.
