Fairmont Park

Fairmont Park is a neighborhood park located near Fairmont Jr. High School in West Boise. The park is 7 acres and features an L-shaped swimming pool, playground, tennis courts, softball diamonds, 1 soccer field, and a picnic area to provide leisure opportunities for all visitors.

The construction of the Fairmont Park was a joint agreement between Boise City and Boise School District.  After a long process the park was completed in 1977.

Fields are scheduled through local little league organizations and may be available on a drop-in basis (first-come, first-serve) during little league season.  League practice is not able to be scheduled.

Boise Parks & Recreation also has Softball Leagues.

The basic L-shaped pool holds 185,000 gallons of water which is great for recreation and lap swimming.

Fields are scheduled and reserved for local soccer organizations and partners by BPR. Usually weekdays or early evenings are available for drop-in use (first-come, first-serve).

Some restrooms are open year-around and others are closed for the winter.   A list of restrooms open year-around.
