Rentals & Reservations
Reservations guarantee you the location, date and time for your scheduled event. We recommend early planning and scheduling due to the high demand for park sites and facilities.

3 options available to make a reservation:
- Reservations for park shelters and picnic sites are accepted up to 11 months in advance except for Ann Morrison Shelter, Julia Davis Shelters, Rose Garden and Zoo Boise. Reservations for these sites begin on the first working day of February
- Park shelters and picnic sites are available to be reserved for use from mid-April to mid-October.
- Park requests are accepted up to 7 working days prior to the event date and 30 days prior to the Boise Depot event date.
- Park reservation time blocks: 7:00-11:00 am, Noon-4:00pm, 5:00-9:00pm. All time blocks include setup and cleanup time.
- A fee is required to secure a facility location and will vary according to the event and/or facility.
