Rentals & Reservations
Boise Parks & Recreation is able to help you choose from a number of outdoor gardens, shelters, gazebos, or picnic table settings.
Reservations with Boise Parks & Recreation guarantee you the location, date and time for your scheduled event. We recommend early planning and scheduling due to the high demand for park sites and facilities. 
Reservation requests for park sites and facilities are accepted up to 7 working days prior to the event date and 30 days prior to the Boise Depot event date.
A fee is required to secure a facility location and will vary according to the event and/or facility.
Park shelters and picnic sites are available to be reserved for use from mid-April to mid-October. Reservation time blocks are: 7:00-11:00 am, Noon-4:00pm, 5:00-9:00pm. All time blocks include setup and cleanup time.
Reservations for park shelters and picnic sites are accepted up to 11 months in advance except for Ann Morrison Shelter, Julia Davis Shelters, Rose Garden and Zoo Boise. Reservations for these sites begin on the first working day of February.
