Fees

The Great Hall may be scheduled 11 months in advance for private events from 10:00 am to midnight, a minimum of 8 hours. Maximum Occupancy- 300; sit down events- 165

**All fees subject to sales tax**

A 1.5% interest per month, 18% annually, will be assessed on all past due charges.
A $20 fee will be assessed on each check returned by the bank.  
Unpaid invoices will be assessed additional collection Fees if turned over to the Collection Department or to a 3rd party Collection Agency.

REFUNDS:  A $120.00 administrative fee is charged on all Depot reservation cancelled after 1st payment has been made.
Depot Reservation Cancelled within 60 days of an event will only be refunded $300 Security deposit if balance has been paid in full.  (Security deposit does not apply for the 5 for 5 Special Rental fee)

**Event must provide tables, chairs and any other decor desired (within Depot Use Policies)**
