Gazebos can be reserved up to 11 months in advance from mid-April to mid-October.
Julia Davis Rose Garden
Reservations begin the first working day of February for use from mid-April to mid-October.
Guidelines for Garden Reservations
The following guidelines are established to protect and preserve the sensitive nature of Kathryn Albertson Park and the Julia Davis Rose Garden.
- Facilities are restricted to formal ceremonies only. Receptions are not allowed.
- Food/Drink/Alcohol Prohibited.
- A maximum of 150 guests per event.
- Up to 10 chairs may be hand carried in and out. Chairs must be placed on brick or paved surfaces only. NO CHAIRS on turf.
- Decorations may be attached only by tying to metal, wooden, or stone structures or must be self supporting. All decorations must be removed at the end of the event.
- Vehicles, horses, or carriages must remain on roadways or in parking lots.
- Photographers and their subjects must remain on manicured turf and paved or brick surfaces.
- Throwing of confetti, bird seed, popcorn, or rice is prohibited. Bubbles are acceptable.
- Sound must not exceed 62 decibels measured at a distance of 20 ft.
- Power is not available at the Rookery or Eyrie in Kathryn Albertson Park
- DOGS are banned in Kathryn Albertson Park from MARCH 1 to JUNE 30.
- A fee is required to secure the facility and to make the proper preparations for your event. Fees vary according to event needs and/or facility choice. Park Use Guidelines flyer is available.
