Municipal Park is a special use park located on the Boise River just southeast of downtown; south of Warm Springs Road and east of Park Boulevard, next to Idaho Fish & Game.

PICNIC FACILITIES
Shelter - Two 18' and two 20' seating tables, one 12' kids seating table (Seating for approx. 75) and one 9' serving table in concrete slab. Double BBQ Grill for cooking. The shelter has a hose bib and utility sink. Drinking fountain near by.

Accessible Areas: Shelter - Drinking fountain at the shelter; Urinals, sinks and counters at shelter rest rooms; access to Greenbelt; parking and access to shelter; shelter restrooms; Parking lot; Pathway from parking lot to playground. Sites #1, #2, #3, #4, #6, #7, #8 and the shelter all have wheel chair accessible tables.
Drinking Fountains: Six drinking fountains are located throughout the park. All fountains have hose bibs except the one located at the shelter.
Parking: Approximately 295 spaces. 220 of these spaces are on the roadway throughout the park. Parking is limited to designated areas and is available on a first come, first serve basis. Vehicles parked in NO PARKING areas will be towed at owners risk and expense. Boise Valley Towing 389-9707.
Playground: Accessible for 2-12 years of age. Between ball field and shelter/parking lot.

Power: All sites have four 110v outlets with 20 amp breakers at each site, except site #7, which has two 110v outlets. (Two Duplex receptacles, one 20 amp breaker per receptacle.) Located just northeast of the shelter is the amplified sound barrier walls. These are equipped with two 110v outlets with 20 amp breakers. Shelter has automatic lights.
Recreation: One softball diamond (available on first-come, first-serve basis), Bocce Court, Boise River and Greenbelt, Nature Center, Natatorium/Hydrotube east on greenbelt.
Restrooms: Shelter: Three stalls for women and one stall/two urinals for men. Open year-round. Playground (West of): Three stalls for women and one stall/two urinals for men. Open mid April to mid October
