2012 Reservation Season Information
Most of our reservable sites may be scheduled up to eleven (11) months (1st business day of the 11th month) in advance. Reservations for Ann Morrison Shelter & Julia Davis Park Shelters, Bandshell and The Rose Garden are being accepted beginning the first business day in February.
Park shelters and picnic sites are available to be reserved in 2012 for use from April 14h to October 14th.
A fee is required to secure a facility location and will vary according to the event and/or facility. Payment is required to finalize a garden, picnic site, shelter and pavilion reservation.
At the minimum, all Park Facility Reservation must be made and paid no later than 7 business days prior to the event day.
Park & Garden Reservation Amenities
Prices per reservation time block:
7:00am - 11:00am, 12:00pm - 4:00pm, and 5:00pm-9:00pm.
All blocks include setup and cleanup time.

**All fees subject to sales tax** A 1.5% interest per month, 18% annually, will be assessed on all past due charges.
A $20 fee will be assessed on each check returned by the bank.
Unpaid invoices will be assessed additional collection Fees if turned over to the Collection Department or to a 3rd party Collection Agency.
**REFUNDS**
A $15.00 processing fee is charged on all park reservation cancellations. Park Reservation Refunds are not issued when the cancellation is made less than 10 calendar days before the event. Conflicts for park use related problems may result in a refund if verified by BPR on-call staff.
