REFUNDS
A $15.00 processing fee is charged on all reservation cancellations. Refunds are not issued when the cancellation is made less than 10 calendar days before the event. Conflicts for park use related problems may result in a refund if verified by BPR on-call staff. Refunds cannot be granted due to weather conditions.
