Volunteering at Boise Parks & Recreation

Volunteers are essential to Boise Parks & Recreation's ability to provide the facilities and services Boise citizens have grown to expect from their Parks Department. We owe a great deal to our volunteers, who play an integral part in our everyday operations, providing their knowledge and expertise in areas ranging from general park maintenance and care, boards and committees, as well as supporting youth programs.
W e can never have enough help, however, and would like to invite you to become one of the extraordinary people that have chosen to make a difference within the community.
We have an extensive array of opportunities that can be tailored to fit whatever you or your organization's interests may be. This includes the number of participants you have, the amount of time you would like to contribute, and age-range of your volunteers. To further explore what we have available, please visit our volunteer opportunities page.
VOLUNTEER PROGRAM MISSION
