Utility Billing Customer Survey

The city of Boise is conducting a customer satisfaction survey to gather feedback regarding customer service for sewer and trash billing services.
We welcome comments and suggestions on how we can improve our customer service and also how you, as a customer, would feel if some functions of the Utility Billing department were handled by non-Boise City employees.
