Utility Billing
Utility Billing handles billing for residential and commercial sewer, trash, recycling, pressure irrigation for five subdivisions in the Boise City Municipal Irrigation District (MID), and the natural geothermal heating system in the downtown core area. Utility Billing also handles billing of annual dues for the Downtown Boise Association.
Our goal is to treat all customers in a personalized manner and to respond to questions and concerns promptly.

- To start or stop residential trash and recycling service
- Call Allied Waste Services at 208-345-1266:

- To request a dumpster, or if you have other trash and recycling container-related requests
- To request a wheeled trash cart, recycling cart, replace a cart, or have a cart removed
- Geothermal Heating
