• Application for Carry Out Service - This service is available at no additional charge for customers who have a qualified disability under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
• Low Income Discount Application - For individuals who would like to apply for a low-income discount on residential solid waste service.

Billing Adjustments (Water leak)

• Water leak billing adjustment - Customers who experience significant water usage due to a water leak may be eligible for a billing adjustment.

Vacancy Extensions and Waivers

• Vacancy Extension Request Form - For individuals who would like to be billed at the vacancy rate after four consecutive vacancy months and up to eight additional consecutive months.
• Vacancy Waiver Request Form - For individuals who would like to be billed at the vacancy rate after twelve (12) consecutive months.
