City Hall West offers the following city services:

  • Utility Billing Payment
  • Parking Ticket Payment
  • Parking Card Replenishment
  • Public Records Request Payments
  • Library Drop-Off

Additionally, two customer service terminals in the lobby allow residents to access the following services:

  • Utility Billing Payment
  • Parking Ticket Payment
  • City of Boise Class/Program Registration
  • Apply for City Jobs
  • Police On-Line Reporting
  • Review Defendant Information (State of Idaho Court Case Information for all 44 Counties)

Please note these are the only non-police, non-fire city services offered at City Hall West.  All current downtown City Hall services will remain.
