Students will enjoy a high-energy tour using an interactive, "quiz-show" style approach to teach the fundamental functions of Municipal government and reveal surprising facts about Boise City.
Once the foundations are set, the students select a few issues or services they feel need funding, and conduct a mock City Council meeting to see which issue "wins." Students leave the tour with a deeper understanding of city government and city council meetings. Call 384-4422 for more information.
