Accounting Office

 
The Accounting Office is under the direction of the City Comptroller who is a member of the leadership team of the Department of Finance and Administration.

The following functions are performed by the Accounting Office:

• Accumulation of base financial data, generation of interim financial statements and reports, coordination of the annual audit, preparation of the indirect cost plan, preparation of the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report, grant tracking, accounts receivables, and bank reconciliations
• Generation and distribution of the weekly accounts payable check runs
• Preparation and distribution of the employee payroll
• Accounting for housing rehabilitation and sewer connection loans

Hours M-F 8:00 to 5:00
