Alternatives to Online Payments - Utility Billing

Sign up for Boise EasyPay
EasyPay is a way to have your payment automatically withdrawn from your checking or savings account. To sign up for EasyPay, call Utility Billing to request an application form. You can also download an application form. Complete the form and submit it with a voided check to ensure you will pay your sewer and trash bill on time!

Pay By Mail
Use the convenient return envelope enclosed with your statement and mail in your payment. Remember to include the bill stub and allow time for the Post Office to deliver your payment.

Pay in Person
You may pay with cash or credit card in person by stopping by Utility Billing, Boise City Hall#2. You may deposit your payment (checks only please!) in the Drop Box at the main entrance to City Hall on Capitol Boulevard.
