Convenience Fee Information

What is a convenience fee?

In order to provide the added convenience of online payments, we are required to charge a fee. The convenience fee is added to the total cost of every online or phone payment. The convenience fee for each transaction is listed below.

Animal Licenses $2.00
Parking Tickets $2.00
Project C.A.T.C.H. $2.00
Utility Bills (Residential) $3.00
Utility Bills (Commercial) $6.00
Downtown Business Association Assessments 2.5% of the BID Assessment
Electrical, Plumbing and Mechanical Permits 2.5% of the Permit Fee (VISA not accepted)

The City does not keep the money, but passes it on to the third party processor.
