Nature's Classroom - Environmental Education

Nature's classroom for kids of all ages.

Educational tours of the Hyatt Hidden Lakes Reserve are offered from the spring-fall. Environmental educators from the Boise WaterShed Environmental Education Center will help kids explore the wetlands to learn about wetland ecosystems and what activities can impact this unique environment. Descriptions of all on-site youth activities are detailed on the Boise Environmental Education website.

On-site learning opportunities for stormwater professionals will be available through Partners for Clean Water. Every year, Partners for Clean Water hosts a stormwater conference for engineers, planners, and other professionals working in the field of stormwater management. Participants will have a unique opportunity to examine urban stormwater treatment by touring the wetlands.
