Public Safety and Policing - Community Survey Results
In November, Mayor McLean, City Council and the Boise Police Department released a survey seeking input on BPD policy updates from the community. The survey was open from November 17th – December 1st. We received 723 responses, and of those responses, 631 identified themselves as Boise residents. The survey included room for written feedback, and we received over 230 pages of comments and data. On December 15, findings from the survey were presented to the Boise City Council. Findings from this survey will be used by the Boise Police Department and city leadership to help shape BPD policy updates.
