ADA Accessible On-Street Parking

There are 67 accessible on-street parking spaces marked as accessible in downtown Boise. They are indicated by a sign and blue paint on the curb.

  • Any vehicle displaying the accessible plate or placard may park in these spaces without regard to time limits.
  • Any vehicle displaying the accessible plat or placard may park in ANY legal space without regard to time limits or accessible space indications.

State-Issued Accessible Permits

Apply for a state-issued disability license plate or placard.

Public Requests for On-Street Accessible Parking

Submit a request for the city to add accessible parking spaces to on-street parking.

*Stalls marked with ADA signage and pavement markings, but exhibit varying degree of ADA non-compliance.  City of Boise is in the process of prioritizing and programming improvements to bring all non-compliant on-street accessible parking stalls into compliance.
