Please fill out the form below to apply for a residential parking permit. Applicants will be required to provide proof of residency prior to permits being issued. Residents of housing developments with off-street parking are not eligible for residential permits and should contact the corresponding property management for off-street parking options.
Residential Parking Permit Application
*Residential permit applicants will be contacted by email with further instructions if they are approved to obtain a permit. Permits will be issued as an electronic E-Permit where the vehicle’s license plate will be used as the credential. Permits will be purchased online and will expire 1 year from the issue date. If a permit holder moves from the residence during this year, the permit will be immediately invalidated. Residential E-permit areas are designated by signs that will correspond to the zone issued. Non-Permitted vehicles may park in these areas for up to the posted allowable time, so a space is not guaranteed. If no spaces are available in the designated area, drivers are not guaranteed parking in any other on-street parking area. All outstanding parking tickets must be paid to obtain a Residential E-permit program.
