Program Qualifications
- Must be participating in the State of Idaho’s Property Tax Reduction Program
- Must have paid your previous year's property taxes in full by June
In-Home Childcare Providers
In 2024, the City of Boise expanded the Program to include licensed in-home childcare providers who own their home and are actively providing childcare.
- Homeownership will be evidenced by the homeowner’s exemption being on their tax bill from the county treasurer

Your completed application must be returned either by mail or in person to the City of Boise by March 31, 2025 at the following address:

Property Tax Rebate checks will be sent in August 2025 to the primary property owner.
