Boise Firefighters Pipes & Drums

Through the support of the Fire Chief, Fire Department and IAFF Local 149, the Boise Firefighters Pipes and Drums was established in March of 2008.

With eight founding members, Boise Firefighters Pipes and Drums began to spread talent and good-will throughout Boise, and as far away as both the east and west coasts. Members dedicate a substantial amount of personal time to improving musical performance. They continue to honor fellow brothers and sisters in the fire service while upholding the values of the Boise Fire Department: Trust and Selfless Service.

Boise Fire Honor Guard

The Boise Fire Department Honor Guard appeared at their first ceremony in February 1999. The team proudly displays colors at Department-sponsored events such as the Recruit Academy Graduation ceremony, annual awards banquet and promotional ceremonies
