The motor fuel dispensing facilities permit applies to the operation of automotive, marine and fleet motor fuel-dispensing facilities.

Before applying for this permit, please have the following materials ready:

Prevention plan drawings (site plan) showing proposed area of operation.
Activity Description
Statement of operation describing nature of operations, including:
- number of dispensers
- types of materials used/stored
- quantity of materials
- number of tanks
- details on LPG storage and quantity present
- fire protection devices provided
Application
- Log in to our online permitting and licensing system. If you are a first time user of this system, you will need to create an account.
- After logging in, click "Apply" and select "Fire Permit" from the top menu bar.
- Review and accept the online disclaimer and complete the application.
- In your application you will have the opportunity to request an inspection date and time. Please note that the Fire Department will contact you directly to confirm your inspection time.
