Liquid or Gas-Fueled Vehicles or Equipment in Assembly Buildings Permit

The liquid or gas-fueled vehicles or equipment in assembly buildings permit applies to the display, operation or demonstration of liquid or gas-fueled vehicles or equipment within a building.

Application Materials

Before applying for this permit, please have the following materials ready:

Prevention Plan Drawings

The prevention plan drawings (site plan) should show the location of vehicles/equipment and include a building floor plan.

Activity Description

Activity description stating operations for type of event, description of vehicles or equipment, number of proposed vehicles or devices and building fire protection features.

Application

  1. Log in to our online permitting and licensing system. If you are a first time user of this system, you will need to create an account.
  2. After logging in, click "Apply" and select "Fire Permit" from the top menu bar.
  • Review and accept the online disclaimer and complete the application.
  • In your application you will have the opportunity to request an inspection date and time. Please note that the Fire Department will contact you directly to confirm your inspection time.
