The Temporary Structures and Uses permit applies to temporary structures and uses not associated with an assembly.

Prevention Plan Drawings
The prevention plan drawings (site plan) should including: proposed structure dimensions, distances to structures and exits.
Activity Description
The activity description should include: the nature of the use, times of operation, proposed occupancy load and fire protection features.
Modular Building Approval
Provide picture of insignia (stamp) or list the serial number showing Idaho Division of Building Safety approval of the modular building.
Application
- Log in to our online permitting and licensing system. If you are a first time user of this system, you will need to create an account.
- After logging in, click "Apply" and select "Fire Permit" from the top menu bar.
- Review and accept the online disclaimer and complete the application.
- In your application you will have the opportunity to request an inspection date and time. Please note that the Fire Department will contact you directly to confirm your inspection time.
