Fire Station 11

Station History

September 1, 1979 - Cole/Collister Fire District Firehouse #2 is opened at 10895 Emerald Street.

November 1996 - Boise Fire Department takes over the operation of Firehouse #11. The firehouse is staffed with three firefighters on one pumper. Engine 11 received a new BME/Simon Duplex 1500 gpm pumper.

2004 - Firehouse #11 is remodeled and expanded.

2009 - Engine #11 receives a new Pierce 1500 gpm pumper.
