Station 7

Station History

March 18, 2003 - Firehouse #7 is relocated to 1666 Commerce Street outside of the Airport Grounds. The new large two-story station is home to Engine 7, Rescue 7 and Battalion Chief 3-A.

2005 - Rescue 7 receives a new BME/Spartan heavy rescue. This unit is the regional response rig for all rescues and extrications.

October 13, 2006 - Rescue 7 is fully staffed and placed into service.

2007 - Rescue 7 receives the Pierce aerial platform from Firehouse #1.

2009 - The rear of Firehouse #7 is remodeled to house Fire Department Stores.
