HIRING
The City of Boise shall hire qualified individuals who are best suited to contribute to the
overall strategic success of the City of Boise. All employees are expected to make positive contributions to the City through their work. The Mayor or designee will establish procedures for recruiting, hiring, and retaining the best possible staff.
