City of Boise Swimming Lessons are available at all outdoor pools through the Boise Parks and Recreation Stroke and Turn Aquatic Recreation program (STAR). Eight 25 minute classes are offered in two-week sessions, Monday-Thursday. Class size is limited, and registration is on a first come, first served basis. Preschool classes are available to ages 2-4 years and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in the water. For all other classes students must be at least four years of age.

Swimming is an important skill, a confidence booster, and a great way to stay fit. Register your child for a swimming lesson today.
