Try something new this winter and spring with Boise Parks and Recreation! Our team is offering a variety of programs, camps and virtual classes in the coming months. All of our offerings will continue to focus on increased health and safety protocols. In line with current Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidance, masks are required indoors for ages 2 and up and at most outdoor Parks and Recreation activities for the health and safety of all participants and staff. This requirement is regardless of your vaccination status. Thank you for doing your part to keep our community healthy.

Spring Break Camps

When school is out, we’re on! Boise Parks and Recreation offers a wide variety of camps during spring break. From culinary camps to learn to skate and art, there’s something for everyone! We’re offering opportunities for youth ages 6 to 12-years-old and teens ages 13 to 17-years-old.

Interested in learning more about your outside environment and how to take care of it? All of the classes offered are free and hosted virtually, so you can learn from the comfort of your own home. Topics include roses, grape growing, tree care, gardening and wildflowers.

Lifetime and Leisure (62+)

Lifetime and Leisure is excited to offer programming this winter and spring for older adults (62+). Sign-up for a Mystery Night, join the bean bag league or try your luck at carpet bowling. Please note, due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, most trips do not include transportation.

Boise Parks and Recreation’s AdVenture Program provides a wide range of programs for youth and adults with disabilities. We also offer inclusion services where modifications may be provided so that an individual with a disability can fully participate in Boise Parks and Recreation’s programs.
