The City of Boise Dick Eardley Senior Center works with area partners to find transportation solutions for our participants.  Please use the phone numbers and links below to find the best solution for your transportation needs.

Valley Regional Transit

Valley Regional Transit (VRT) operates and manages a wide range of transportation options, including the fixed route bus system and ACCESS paratransit service (ADA RIDE).  For questions on either of these programs call (208) 345-7433 or visit their website.

Through a variety of community partnerships, VRT also offers several shared mobility programs throughout Ada County.  Some of these include:

  • Supportive Housing and Innovative Partnerships (SHIP) offering free transportation to seniors, veterans and persons with disabilities in Boise. Call (208) 573-2584 for more information.
  • Volunteer Driver Program
  • Rides2Wellness Program
