Cottonwood Park Provides Accessible and Inclusive Playtime

Accessible and inclusive playgrounds provide spaces for children to learn, grow and play, regardless of ability. The City of Boise is committed to creating spaces for children of all abilities to have the same experiences as their peers by providing playgrounds like Cottonwood.

Neighbors weighed in on the design and elements of the playground last year. The design was chosen with an overwhelming majority. Each element of the playground was selected for specific types of play and sensory experience for children of all ages and abilities.
