Molenaar Skate Park Information

Construction has started on the skate park at Molenaar Park. This amenity is included in the park’s master plan. Thanks to a generous donation from the J.A. and Kathryn Albertson Family Foundation, the skate park, designed in partnership with Grindline Skateparks, Inc. and the Boise Skateboard Association, is moving forward.

Estimated to be completed in 2023.

This will be a state-of-the-art addition to our park system.

Project completion estimates are subject to change due to volatility in the construction industry. Current challenges include material availability, rising costs, supply chain disruptions, staffing shortages and more. Boise Parks and Recreation will update project timelines as needed if delays occur.
