Features & Amenities
Food Scrap Drop Off
Reducing food waste is one of the most impactful actions households can take to shrink their environmental footprint. Composting food scraps saves valuable landfill space, cuts greenhouse gas emissions and creates healthy soil for Boise. To make composting more accessible, the City of Boise offers the Food Scrap Drop Off Program for residents who don’t have curbside compost service.
If you live in an apartment, townhome or condo without curbside compost pickup, this program is for you. Simply collect your food scraps at home and bring them to one of the convenient drop-off locations. Participation is free, but registration is required. Registered participants receive the code to unlock drop-off bins and get tips for successful food scrap collection and food waste prevention at home. Learn more and get started today!

Playground
The accessible play equipment by Landscape Structures is rated for children ages 2-12 and features slides, overhead equipment, a track ride and a swing set. The playground surface is wood chips.
