Natatorium Pool Improvements and Maintenance Work

Starting the first week of September 2024, several maintenance and improvement projects are expected to begin at the Natatorium Pool once the facility is closed for the season. These updates are much needed to improve safety and the longevity of the pool and features visitors enjoy. Work is estimated to be completed by the end of February 2025. We look forward to opening an improved Natatorium Pool for all to enjoy next summer!

Maintenance projects include:

• Repairing the pool’s main drains
• Repairing pool leaks
• Reconfiguration and replacement of drain grating

Improvements include:

• Plastering the main pool
• Installation of new tile lane markings on the bottom of the pool floor
• Installation of 5 new short length swim lanes
• The addition of safety markers and tiles along the sides of the pool to enhance grip
