Adopt a Bench

There are two bench styles: standard powder metal benches and stone benches. The type of bench available at participating locations is determined by the department.

Proposals are welcome for stone benches in natural park areas and will be evaluated based on feasibility. Existing benches in parks are available for adoption, while new metal benches can be adopted along the Boise River Greenbelt.

A stone bench adoption includes a granite plaque while a metal bench adoption includes a bronze plaque.
