Winter - Men's & Women's 5 on 5

New Changes

In an effort to create well rounded divisions with ample opportunity for varied play each week, we are going through a process of better aligning and naming our divisions.  Our goal is to ensure each division has at least 8 teams, with the preferred number being 10.  The re-structuring of our divisions will allow us to accommodate special game day requests from teams while still maintaining various distinct match-ups.

In order to ensure the divisions remain balanced, we will be enforcing a mandatory move for the winner and the loser of each division that will be implemented the following season.  The winner will move up one division, and the team with the lowest W-L record will move down a division.  If two teams are tied for either position, then both teams will move.

Another measure we’ll be implementing to help with equal division play is enforcing how many different divisions an athlete can play in.  Players may not play in a division more than 2 away from their top division, for example: If someone is playing in the B2 division as their highest division, they may also play in B3 or B4. Exception is that a B1 player may only play down 1 division and play in B2.

We have condensed the basketball divisions from 11 down to 7.  Please review the chart here to see what division you will register for based on where you were in 2018:
