How the program works
- Course Fee: $70
- The online Landlord Essentials course is composed of seven chapters to help you gain the confidence and knowledge needed to step into rental property ownership.
- You must complete all chapters to receive your certificate of achievement.
- Once you have completed the course your certificate will become available for download.
- The program is designed to be taken at your leisure. You may log in and log out as needed. Each time you log in you will start where you left off.
