Twilight Permit

The ParkBOI Twilight E-Permit is designed to provide employee parking for workers that start their shifts in the afternoon, or early evening. Please fill out the application below. This application will prompt the review and creation of an account that will allow the applicant to purchase a Twilight ePermit if approved. If approved for a permit, you will receive additional instructions on how to purchase your permit. The monthly fee for a Twilight ePermit is $15/month or $25/month for the Twilight Plus permit. An active Twilight ePermit will allow a vehicle to park in the zone 3 area (Twilight Plus allows for parking in zones 2 and 3) after 3pm daily. Permits are valid in metered spaces as well as other timed parking areas (excluding loading zones and residential parking areas) after 3pm. All outstanding parking tickets must be paid prior to purchasing or using a permit.
