Twilight Permit

The ParkBOI Twilight E-Permit is designed to provide employee parking for workers that start their shifts in the afternoon, or early evening. Please fill out the application below. Instructions on purchasing a permit will be provided once an account has been set up by Parking Services. For additional questions, please contact us.

This application will prompt the review and creation of an account that will allow the applicant to purchase a Twilight E-Permit if approved. If approved for a permit, you will receive additional instructions on how to purchase your permit. The monthly fee for a Twilight E-permit is $15. An active permit will allow a vehicle to park in the zone 3 area. Permits are valid in metered spaces as well as other parking areas (excluding loading zones and residential parking areas) after 3pm. All outstanding parking tickets must be paid prior to purchasing or using a permit.
