Submitting Projects
Project submittal is considered complete when all associated applications have passed prescreen and corresponding fees have been paid in full.
Application Submittal and Public Hearing Schedule
Planning and Zoning Commission
- Public Hearings: 1st Monday of the month at 6:00 p.m.
- Staff may add additional Planning and Zoning Commission meetings as needed
- Holidays may impact hearings and will be scheduled at the next available Monday.

- Dates may be adjusted for holidays. Deadlines are as per B.C.C. Section 11-03-03 & 04 (Procedures).
- Pre-Application Meetings are required to occur prior to noticing for neighborhood meetings.
- Dates are subject to change in the case of hearing deferrals and extended review. Verify with your assigned planner before posting the site.
- All applications will be accepted on a rolling basis and will be scheduled at the next available hearing. You will be notified on the 2nd week of the month if your are scheduled for next month's P&Z hearing.
Historic Preservation Commission
- Cut-off/Deadline for Submittal: Last Monday of the month, 4:00 p.m.
- Public Hearings: Last Monday of the month, 6:00 p.m.
